Associate Attorney

Dynamic northern NJ boutique law firm with a focus on intellectual property, general corporate, employment and litigation, seeks associate attorney with 5+ years of general corporate experience interested in broadening practice areas. Ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, thoughtful and capable of working independently, and will have proven transactional experience in a range of matters. General corporate, employment and/or intellectual property knowledge and experience a plus. New Jersey bar admission required, NY/CA/FL a plus. This is an extremely desirable opportunity for the right candidate.

Law Clerk

Law Clerk: Special opportunity for a bright 2nd, 3rd year or recent grad for law clerk/intern position with genuine growth potential as founding partner’s “right hand.” Boutique law firm in Northern New Jersey, with a focus on intellectual property, general corporate and litigation which represents business clients from formation to equity event.

Candidate characteristics: Strong detail oriented legal mind with common sense; organizational, analytic and writing skills; well organized and confident self-starter; and genuine interest and enthusiasm for intellectual property, contract, litigation and practice development.

Current firm partner began in this position attesting to its learning and career potential.

Ideal candidate will desire to learn “the business and practice of the law” from the ground up. 10 to 30 hours per week around your class schedule. Flexible hours, compensation commensurate with experience and abilities.
